What we collect, and why.
Short version: we collect what you type into the diagnostic, we use it to understand your situation and to have a useful first conversation, and we don't sell it or add you to a marketing list.
What we collect
When you complete our business diagnostic, we store the answers you gave us:
- Your name and email address
- Your industry, team size, and — if you chose to share it — revenue range
- The friction areas you selected and your automation status
- Your written answers about the outcome you want and what would break without you
- Technical context: the page you came from and the country your request came from
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers. Your progress through the flow is held in your own browser's local storage for 24 hours so you can resume if you close the tab — that never leaves your device until you submit.
Voice input
If you use the microphone option, transcription is handled by your browser's built-in speech recognition. We receive only the resulting text, exactly as if you had typed it. We never receive, hear, or store audio.
Why we collect it
To understand your situation and prepare for a conversation if you choose to have one. Your written answers are the most useful part — they let us open with your actual situation instead of a generic pitch.
Completing the diagnostic does not add you to any email list. There is no automated sequence and no newsletter. If someone from our team follows up, it will be a person writing to you directly, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
Where it's stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Both are processors acting on our instructions. Access is limited to the people at Outcome Company who need it to respond to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions while they're useful for a live conversation, and delete on request at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in, no verification hoops — just ask.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
